We collect information you provide directly when you sign up, configure campaigns, connect a LinkedIn account, or contact support:

  • Account data: name, email, password (hashed)
  • LinkedIn session data: cookies and profile information you authorize via Browser Stream
  • Campaign data: lead lists, message content, sequences, AI configurations
  • Billing data: processed by Stripe — we never see your full card numbers
  • Usage data: feature usage, IP address, browser, error logs

2. How We Use Your Data

  • Provide the automation service you signed up for
  • Send transactional emails (password resets, billing, account notices)
  • Improve product reliability via aggregate analytics
  • Detect abuse and protect users from account bans

We do not sell your data, train public AI models on your content, or share your lead lists with third parties.

3. Data Storage and Security

We encrypt sensitive credentials (LinkedIn cookies, proxy passwords) at rest using AES-256. Data in transit is protected with TLS 1.2+. We host on encrypted-at-rest cloud infrastructure with daily backups.

4. Third-Party Processors

  • Stripe — payment processing
  • OpenAI / Anthropic / Groq — AI message generation (you control which provider)
  • Cloud hosting provider — server infrastructure
  • Email delivery — transactional email service

5. Your Rights (GDPR/CCPA)

If you reside in the EU, UK, or California, you have the right to:

  • Access a copy of your personal data
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your account and all associated data
  • Export your data in a portable format
  • Opt out of analytics

6. Data Retention

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, data is permanently removed within 30 days, except where law requires longer retention (e.g., billing records — 7 years).

This service is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
