Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Outroh ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. The Service

Outroh is a tool that helps you operate your own LinkedIn account more efficiently — composing messages, tracking conversations, organizing leads. The Service acts on your behalf and at your direction. You remain solely responsible for your LinkedIn account, the content of your messages, and compliance with LinkedIn's User Agreement.

3. Acceptable Use

  • You will not send spam, harass, or contact people without a legitimate business reason
  • You will not use the Service to violate LinkedIn's User Agreement or any law
  • You will not share your account with others outside your team
  • You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the Service
  • You will not use the Service for prohibited industries (illegal goods, MLM scams, etc.)

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.

4. Account Safety Disclaimer

LinkedIn automation carries inherent risk. LinkedIn may restrict or ban any account that uses third-party tools, even with our safety features (rate limits, working hours, sticky proxies, warmup). We do everything reasonable to keep your account safe, but we cannot guarantee against bans or restrictions. You use the Service at your own risk.

5. Subscription and Billing

  • Paid plans renew automatically each billing period via Stripe
  • You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current period
  • Trials convert to paid plans automatically unless cancelled before the trial ends
  • Refunds: granted within 7 days of first payment if the Service is materially broken; not granted for changes in personal preference or LinkedIn account issues

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload (lead lists, message templates, AI configs). You grant us a limited license to process this content solely to provide the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits or LinkedIn account bans.

8. Termination

You may delete your account anytime via the dashboard or by emailing us. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced via email at least 30 days in advance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operator is registered. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted.
